<image:title>My Story - Stories Matter. Systems Ship Them.</image:title>
<image:caption>For 16 years I’ve built creative teams and the machinery that keeps them moving. I started on camera crews for Broad City and Edge of Darkness, and later led a global identity system for a 30,000-person company that’s still in use today. I’ve led teams of up to a dozen people, and I measure success by whether the work keeps running after I leave the room. At Shipley Donuts, I built the brand system that 180 franchise locations run on, and I lead the seasonal launches. The Valentine’s box drove the biggest sales day in the company’s 90-year history. At Waste Management, I built video strategy from scratch, including a monthly Spanish-language series for frontline crews that kept running after I left. Off the clock, I collect contradictions, defend the Oxford comma, and tell dad jokes without apology. Curiosity drives all of it. “Let’s try” is still my favorite phrase in any room.
